Relationship clauses are not allowed in labor contracts

PHILIPSBURG - What are employers allowed to put in a labor contract? Jan de Boer, the chairman of the Common Court of Justice, recently shed some light on this question during the installation of two new attorneys in Curacao. De Boer spoke on that occasion about the legality of the competition clause and the relationship clause.
