Court employee suspected of fiddling with third-party account
PHILIPSBURG – An employee of the Common Court of Justice in St. Maarten has been suspended on suspicion of “irregularities” with the court’s third-party account. The court has filed a complaint with the public prosecutor’s office.
The court uses the third-party account to deposit money that has been seized from criminals.
