Lee’s Roadside Grill gets two months respite

PHILIPSBURG – Lee Halley will have to vacate Lee’s Roadside Grill in Simpson Bay per February 1, based on a court order, but yesterday he got two months respite in the Court in First Instance. Within those two months Halley will have to show that the government has granted him an alternative location for his business. If this does not happen, Halley will voluntarily vacate his current premises.
