Philipsburg, Sint Maarten (March 30, 2026) – Leading telecoms provider Flow is pleased to announce the launch of its latest customer-focused innovation: a modern outdoor Self-Service Payment Kiosk, accessible seven days a week and beyond regular store hours.
This initiative underscores Flow’s ongoing commitment to innovation, accessibility, and seamless digital experiences for customers across St. Maarten.
Strategically positioned at the rear of the Flow Retail Store in Philipsburg, the kiosk offers a new level of convenience for customers who wish to manage their mobile bill payments at a time that best suits their schedules.
Customers will also benefit from Flow’s Instant Payment Application (IPA), which immediately restores service following payment if it has been suspended. During this introductory phase, the kiosk will accept cash payments for mobile postpaid bills and prepaid top-ups. Phase Two will expand capabilities to include internet bill payments and card transactions.
“This new outdoor kiosk represents our commitment to giving customers more choice, more flexibility, and greater control over their Flow experience,” said Yolande Headley, General Manager, Flow St. Maarten.

The kiosk is installed in a well-lit, continuously monitored area with on-site security to ensure customers can use the service confidently – even after dusk. Dedicated customer parking directly in front of the kiosk always provides quick and convenient access. It’s simple, intuitive interface allows customers to complete cash transactions easily and efficiently.
“We also recognize that digital adoption grows with comfort and familiarity, so customers who’d like guidance trying self-service kiosk payments for the first time can visit the Flow store in Philipsburg during opening hours and the agents in-store will be happy to demonstrate using similar kiosks inside the store,” said Headley.
