CSMA is planning to formally reschedule the First Annual Customer Service Week

We would like to send our deepest condolences to the Eastern Caribbean based on the devastation of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria.

We are hopeful that you and your family members are safe and will soon recover from this massive Caribbean set back as soon as possible.

Currently CSMA is planning to formally reschedule the First Annual Customer Service Week.

We realize that the last week in September (SEPTEMBER 25TH -29TH) will not be possible due to the severe destruction of the island and rebuilding efforts.

We will be speaking to the host hotel in the coming weeks and will provide you with a feasible reschedule date – as soon as we receive official confirmation.
