Alegria loses lawsuit against home owners

PHILIPSBURG – The Alegria Resort has to restore water and electricity supply to the A-building on its grounds within a fortnight, the Court in First Instance ruled yesterday in a lawsuit the home owners association brought on against the resort company. Non-compliance carries a penalty of $10,000 per day with a maximum of $100,000.
