Court in recess

PHILIPSBURG – The Common Court of Justice is in recess during the holiday season from December 18 to January 5. There will be no court sessions in the Court in first Instance and in the appeals court during this period, with the exCeption of summary proceedings and some planned sessions.

The counter of the courthouse remains however open, but not on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
