PHILIPSBURG - “We are close to one billion guilders in debt without having a good idea about how to pay it back if we look at our budget over the past almost ten years,” Finance Minister Perry Geerlings told the central committee of Parliament on Tuesday in introductory remarks about the draft 2019 budget.
