PHILIPSBURG – The Emilio Wilson Park was the stage for the annual Art in the
Park manifestation that brought artists from all over the island together to exhibit their creations. Ruby Bute was there as were painters Stephany Tyhanyi and Tess Verheij, Linda Gonano and Sebastien Perier with their sand art and many others offering art, handmade jewelry and – for entertainment – sound story performer Ernesto Arrundell and his wife. There were also stalls offering food and drink, like Louis Michel Maccow’s Colombier Tradition where the many visitors could sample spiced guavaberry.
