PHILIPSBURG – Don't let anybody fool you when it comes to Kendall Dupersoy, the Chief Executive Officer of telecom provider TelEm. He speaks with confidence about his company and does not shy away from tough questions about bonuses and cost-cutting measures, of which he says: "Why are we cutting costs at all government-owned companies while we are not asked to pay this money to the government? That makes no sense to me. If you make me cut costs, then at least let me pay the government so that they can help the people."
