Progress Committee presents again alarming data about the police force and the prison

PHILIPSBURG - United St. Maarten MP Rolando Brison submitted a request for an urgent meeting with Minister of Justice Cornelius de Weever towards the end of a parliament meeting on Wednesday where the Progress Committee presented an overview of the dismal state of affairs at the police force and the Pointe Blanche prison. Brison wants clarity from the minister who told parliament a completely different story on October 12.
