Hypnotic declared bankrupt

GREAT BAY – Hypnotic Entertainment and JMC Investments have been declared bankrupt by the Court in First Instance yesterday. Hypnotic and JMC (James Martin Carti) operated the former Seaman’s Club brothel in Sucker Garden on a permit it leased from Richbenzwan, but it could not keep up with the $18,000 monthly payments. After several court cases the companies all lost against the permit holder, they sought protection from the court with a request for delay of payments, but yesterday it was over and out.
