Philipsburg, Sint. Maarten – November 02 2026 – The Inspectorate of Public Health, Social Development and Labor (IVSA) in Sint Maarten is collaborating with Altus Communication and Website Design to improve its internal operations, stakeholder engagement and access to public services. The partnership forms part of the Inspectorate’s ongoing organizational and legislative reforms, with a focus on strengthening the systems required to support its work.
The initiative includes reviewing existing procedures, consolidating internal processes and identifying areas where work systems may need improvement. Information gathered through the review will be developed into clear and accessible material for the public, with plans for a modernized website to become IVSA’s main online information and service portal. The platform is expected to allow users to access information within the Inspectorate’s mandate and submit questions, complaints and concerns.
According to the Public Health, Social Development and Labor Ministry, the collaboration is intended to turn the reform programme into practical improvements for the public and those working with IVSA. It is also expected to strengthen communication with professionals, employees, employers, organizations and government partners, whose cooperation is important to effective inspection and enforcement.
