CUL-DE-SAC — At around 6:30am this morning, just before the sun rose over the Cul de Sac basin, a blazing fire was captured on camera by a Saunders’ resident. The blazing fire was in the Emilio Wilson Park and a huge billow of smoke was emanating from this fire. The police responded quickly and the fire department immediately arrived on the scene. Case in point is the balloon parade that took place yesterday afternoon which started at Carrefour and concluded at the Festival Village.
