WILLEMSTAD – The Prosecutor’s Office received a report of a possible threat with a firearm by the Director of the Curaçao Intelligence Service (VDC) Michael Römer. Given the seriousness of the allegation and the position of the person concerned, the Attorney General asked the National Detective Agency on October 11 to proceed with a factual investigation. BREAKING NEWS – Ambulance captured on camera after fire damage on its way to an emergency call in Ebenezer this morning. Judging from the photo, the ambulance has incurred extensive fire and smoke damage as a result of an apparent engine fire and can be considered a total loss. BELIZE (CMC ) — Belize tourism officials say that for the past 15 consecutive months the industry has been experiencing “record breaking increases” in overnight arrivals monthly.
