Anykey Sales NV is a growing, dynamic company with multiple operating entities, e-commerce and e-businesses. We are building a strong financial foundation to support our continued growth and are looking for an experienced finance professional to take full ownership of our financial administration.
This is a key position reporting directly to the Managing Director / CEO, with clear long-term career prospects up to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The Role
As Senior Bookkeeper / Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building the company’s financial administration from the ground up. You will oversee day-to-day bookkeeping while also supporting group-level accounting, consolidation, payroll, and external stakeholder management.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys responsibility, structure-building, and growing with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the complete financial administration for the company and its subsidiaries
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger
- Perform monthly and annual closings
- Consolidate financial data for multiple companies and subsidiaries
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts and manage cash flow
- Act as the main point of contact for banks, including:
- Managing lines of credit
- Overseeing credit cards and banking facilities
- Manage payroll administration and ensure timely payment of salaries, taxes, and social premiums
- Serve as the main point of contact for SZV
- Work closely with external accountancy agencies, tax advisors, and auditors
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks Online or similar cloud-based solutions)
- Prepare financial information and reports for management
Your Profile
- Several years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
- Proven experience working with multiple entities and/or group structures
- Ability to build and organize financial processes independently
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and payroll
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or comparable online accounting software
- Comfortable working directly with senior management and external stakeholders
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is welcome as a plus
